Refund policy
Customers are requested to inspect orders upon receipt to ensure orders are correct and no items are faulty or unexpected - we do our utmost to ensure that all orders are packed accurately, and do not supply products in a condition we would not be happy to receive ourselves. Please ensure you inspect the quality of treats and chews before feeding them to your dog, and that storage instructions have been followed as per our website home page and any individual labels on delivered products.
Should you find yourself disappointed with your order in anyway, please get in touch with us straight away so that we can look at resolving this with you.
If you find yourself in a position whereby you would like to request a refund, to be eligible for this you must make contact with us within 14 days of your order being received. Please email us at avaandthewolfdeli@outlook.com providing your order number, delivery address and the reason for your refund request. We will do our utmost to resolve any issues, and if a refund is deemed the right solution, we will process this within 24-48 hours - it may take up to 3 days for the refund to arrive in your bank account.
Delayed Delivery
Our orders are ALL posted by 48 Hour Tracked delivery with Royal Mail. You will receive an email when your order dispatches, with tracking information. 48 Hour Tracked delivery is a guideline, and sometimes delays can happen. Per Royal Mail’s own process, we can not declare your parcel list until 14 days after the dispatch date - at which point if your parcel has not arrived, we will refund you in full.
